Pay: HK$42,259 to HK$64,518 (HGPS Point 17 to 26) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Responsible for management of IT projects, IT operations, system implementation & planning in cluster hospitals/institutions.
2.    Provide technical & user support on hospital IT systems, office automation applications, server & network infrastructure, etc.
3.    Coordinate and manage vendors on IT solutions evaluation and implementation.
4.    Assist in provision of consultancy based on information technology and industry expertise.
5.    Responsible for the setup, management & support of various technical platforms including server, desktop, mobile, networking, etc.
6.    Support the cluster hospitals/institutions data center / server equipment operations.
7.    Provide advice and assist cluster hospitals/institutions users on IT hardware/software acquisition.
8.    Establish and enforce policies & guidelines for different IT related aspects.
9.    May be required to carry 24-hour support duty and on-site support services to remote sites of the hospitals/institutions.
10.    Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1.    Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.
2.    4 years’ post qualification Information Technology (IT) related experience. *
*Relevant experience gained in HA may be considered as equivalent to post-qualification experience.

Preferred Attributes:
1.    Hands on experience on Windows/Linux Server administration, maintenance and support in Hospital Data Center / IT Facility.
2.    Proven experience in hospital IT / clinical systems operation and project implementation.
3.    System development experience on Helpdesk monitoring tool.
4.    System development experience on web.
5.    Hands on experience on User support and Helpdesk operation.
6.    Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
