Short Summary:
The Universal Banker Supervisor will support the operations of the Universal Banker team, solve complex issues related to customer transactions, and serve as a trainer/mentor to new hires while performing regular Universal Banker duties.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise Universal Banker activities based on management objectives and branch goals.
- Solve complex issues related to customer transactions.
- Serve as trainer/mentor to new hires; provide ongoing coaching/training to advisors.
- Process customer transactions and new account openings timely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Originate new deposit accounts and consumer loans.
- Develop and enhance customer relationships to identify cross-selling and referral opportunities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of bank processes, products, and services, as well as banking regulations.
- Participate in all office marketing and sales projects and promotions.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as a Universal Banker or equivalent preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete consumer lending training.
- Strong sales initiative and ability to develop ongoing customer relationships.
- Proficient typing and computer skills.
