Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver production-grade agents.
- Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas.
- Own the agent work; support the whole product.
- Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including evaluations.
- Extend the surface and decide what's next for Canvas and related systems.
- Distinguish hype from signal in the observability field.

Requirement:
- AI and agent engineering experience with production-level systems.
- End-to-end ownership from prototype to production-grade.
- Current judgment on recent shifts in agent design.
- Depth in agent architecture and understanding of high-cardinality data stores.
- Product judgment to identify future capabilities for the agent layer.
