Senior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Founded in 2011, the HolidayPirates Group has been making waves in the travel world ever since!

To achieve our mission of delivering the best travel deals, we want to attract talented people from all over the world.

That’s why our pirates can work all across Europe - Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, the UK, Poland and the US. Whether it’s fully remote or enjoying regular workations and flexible hours, we make your job fit your life (not the other way around!)

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on app acquisition, measurement and scalable growth.

You will own paid acquisition across Google and Meta as our core channels, while continuously testing additional app growth sources such as TikTok, Apple Search Ads, programmatic and mobile ad networks.

We are looking for someone who is highly curious, data-driven and experimental—a marketer who constantly tests, challenges assumptions, and looks for the next scalable growth opportunity. You should be comfortable going deep into campaign setup, measurement, attribution and optimisation, not only managing campaigns, but truly understanding why performance moves and how to improve it.

• Own and scale app acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta and additional paid channels

• Manage budget allocation across channels, markets and campaigns based on marginal and incremental performance

• Build structured testing frameworks across audiences, bidding, channels, campaign types and creatives

• Drive continuous creative testing, identify winning concepts and spot fatigue early

• Work deeply with Adjust, attribution models and campaign measurement

• Design and evaluate incrementality tests to understand true channel impact

• Navigate iOS measurement, SKAN and privacy-related attribution limitations

• Identify new acquisition channels and turn successful tests into scalable growth sources

• Support web acquisition initiatives where relevant; independently of the app funnel

• At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Performance Marketing role

• Proven hands-on experience scaling mobile app user acquisition across paid channels, managing large budgets and optimizing for market-level performance

• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with the ability to clearly isolate performance shifts across bidding, creatives, audiences, seasonality, and measurement dynamics

• Deep practical experience with Adjust (or similar MMPs), evaluating SKAN data trustworthiness, and navigating complex iOS attribution challenges

• Hands-on proficiency in designing and executing incrementality tests and structured A/B testing frameworks to prove true business impact

• Active integration of AI-native workflows into creative production, performance analysis, and reporting

• Track record of building reusable systems, including standardized test trackers, reporting views, and robust naming conventions

• Strong cross-functional collaborator who works seamlessly alongside Product, CRM, Creative, Data, and Finance teams

• Comfortable making confident decisions and actionable recommendations even when dealing with ambiguous or incomplete data

• Experience exploring and scaling emerging channels beyond core networks (e.g., TikTok, Apple Search Ads, programmatic, or mobile ad networks)

• Flexible working hours and a remote first company (with the freedom to work abroad for up to 181 days)

• A MacBook (also for private use) as well as any other needed equipment including a very lovely remote IT support

• 50€ for home office allowance per month

• 50€ tax free cash card per month

• Urban Sport Club Membership

• Mental health impulse sessions and relaxation sessions

• 2 volunteering days for an organization

• Further training budget at your free disposition

• Private Travel Insurance

• Opportunity to join the pirates pension scheme

• Save money with corporate discounts across brands like Adidas, LG, Bosch, Apple, and more

• Benefit from a number of advantages through the Travel Industry Card

• Visit our lovely office in Berlin Mitte as often as you want

• Business summits and legendary team events

• A unique and open company culture, where sharing ideas is our lifeblood

• The opportunity to leave your footprint aboard the pirate ship
