Short Summary:
We are looking for an Engineer Technician in Training to join our Operations team on our project in Conesville, OH. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Field Engineers in operating robotic total station instruments and auto level and other surveying instruments.
- Assisting with establishing building control, setting markers, lines, corners, elevations, grades, alignments, angles, positions, and distances.
- Maintain total station, field book, survey equipment and tools.
- Provide primary support to our field supervision and must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues and lead team to complete daily tasks at jobsite.
Requirement:
- 6 months to 1 year of construction experience preferred.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Training in OSHA 10, Fall protection, Mobile elevated platform, and lifts.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs.
- Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, and be able to stand or walk for long periods.
- Must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment and outdoors.
