Job Description:

Step into a dynamic role where strategy meets collaboration and every proposal has the potential to shape future success. Working at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations, you will bring together technical expertise, commercial insight, and market intelligence to develop winning solutions for customers.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing analytical thinking with relationship-building and project coordination. Your work will directly influence business success by ensuring proposals are accurate, compliant, competitive, and delivered on time.

You will also play an important role in improving tendering processes, identifying efficiencies, and sharing best practices that enhance overall operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are motivated by delivering impactful results, this role offers an excellent platform to expand your commercial and technical expertise while making a visible contribution to business growth.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, pricing, and estimates.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and compliant documentation while performing quality checks throughout the tendering process.
  • Engage with customers to clarify requirements, build confidence, and support a positive customer experience.

Your Background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using tendering, ERP, or CRM tools.
