The opportunity
Software Asset Management Team is looking for an ambitious, committed, and motivated individual to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to the continuous development of our Software Asset Management practices. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global IT environment while contributing to key Software Asset Management initiatives.
How you'll make a difference
- Collaborate closely with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and support daily operational activities
- Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and developing Software Asset Management policies, processes, and procedures
- Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the company's Software Asset Management strategy
- Utilize SAM tools to monitor software license compliance and generate relevant reports
- Manage the collection, validation, and upload of Proof of Entitlement (PoE) documentation into the SAM system
- Help implement and enforce controls aligned with the Hitachi IT Control Framework
- Ensure effective data exchange between the SAM platform and IT systems to support data enrichment, compliance tracking, and reporting
Your background
- Currently enrolled as a university student, graduating in 2027 or later
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Motivated, ambitious, and committed, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Available to work at least 30 hours per week
- Interested in developing knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management, IT governance, and compliance processes
