Join Hitachi Energy—an innovation leader shaping the future of sustainable power—as a Associate Project Manager within our Transformer Business Unit. In this high‑impact role, you’ll partner with experienced project managers to support strategic customer projects across multiple North American manufacturing sites.

You’ll help coordinate schedules, streamline communication, and ensure successful execution of customer commitments that keep industries, communities, and critical infrastructure energized.

This is a dynamic opportunity to grow your project management career in an environment that champions collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. If you're energized by meaningful work that connects purpose with progress, this is your chance to contribute to the transformation of the energy landscape.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate scope, scheduling, budgeting, and quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Partner with the lead Project Manager as a primary customer contact and assist with escalations.
  • Align resources across factories and service teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain documentation, support risk management, and uphold compliance standards.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • CAPM certification preferred; willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy APM certification within 2 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams and manage vendors or subcontractors.
