## About the Role

We’re looking for a **Senior Python / AI Engineer** to build and deploy Python-based, agentic AI automations for business processes.

The role is primarily focused on **new automation development**, from solution design through testing and deployment. Some solutions run on **GCP**, and occasionally you may convert existing RPA/UiPath workflows into Python-based agentic solutions.

## What You’ll Do

• Design and build Python-based automations and agentic AI workflows.
• Integrate LLM agents, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Deploy and operate solutions on GCP.
• Build automated tests and support CI/CD deployments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize production automations.
• Conduct code reviews and support junior/mid-level engineers.
• Explain technical approaches and trade-offs to clients and stakeholders.
• Occasionally migrate UiPath/RPA workflows to Python and agentic AI.

## Requirements

• **5+ years of Python engineering experience**, including production applications, APIs, or data pipelines.
• Experience building **LLM/agentic AI automations** and orchestration workflows.
• Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with **Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD**.
• Hands-on exposure to **GCP** (Cloud Run, GKE, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, or similar).
• Experience writing maintainable, well-tested Python code.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

## Nice to Have

• UiPath or other RPA experience.
• Experience migrating RPA workflows to Python/AI.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
• AWS or Azure exposure.
• Familiarity with process mining, low-code platforms, or conversational AI.
