Senior Key Account Manager – End User Development, Italy

As our Senior Key Account Manager – End User Development in Italy, you will develop and manage strategic relationships with major industrial end users across the country. You will leverage your established network within the Italian industrial market to introduce Hikrobot’s Machine Vision, Mobile Robot and AGV/AMR solutions, identify new business opportunities at an early stage, and develop long-term strategic accounts.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong and active network among industrial end users in Italy.

• Native-level proficiency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, Business Development, or End-User Development within industrial markets.
• Strong, established relationships with industrial end users and direct access to key decision-makers and influencers in Italy.
• Proven track record of developing strategic accounts and generating business opportunities through an existing professional network.
• Experience introducing automation technologies, industrial solutions, or new brands into major customer organizations.
• Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, complex project-based selling, and strategic account development.
• Ability to engage both senior management and technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-office environment and willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
• Experience in Machine Vision, AGV/AMR, robotics, warehouse automation, intralogistics, smart manufacturing, or industrial automation is highly preferred.

At Hikrobot, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our direct end-user presence in the Italian market and developing long-term strategic accounts. You will work with innovative Machine Vision, Mobile Robot and AGV/AMR technologies and collaborate closely with experienced technical, product and solution teams across Europe. This role offers a high level of autonomy, direct exposure to major industrial customers, and the opportunity to contribute to Hikrobot’s long-term growth in Italy.
