We're looking for a TA Trainee to join Hiire, a tech recruitment agency focused on the European market. If you're finishing your bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's in Human Resources Management (or a related field), and you want to learn recruitment properly in a small, agile environment where your ideas matter, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Support sourcing and candidate screening processes for European tech clients

• Help manage applications and candidate communication (in English and Portuguese)

• Take part in content creation and employer branding strategies

• Learn to use AI tools applied to recruitment in day-to-day work

• Work closely with the team on business development projects

The profile we're looking for

• Finishing your bachelor's degree or pursuing a master's in HRM or related fields

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (required)

• Genuine interest in recruitment and the technology sector

• Curiosity and ideally, hands-on experience, with AI tools, we highly value candidates who've already explored and enjoy this space

• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a small, direct team environment

• Someone who wants to grow in tech recruitment

What we offer

• Internship duration - 4 to 6 months - it could be done in a part-time format (min 20 hours a week)

Starting date: we would like to onboard new people in mid-September or early October 2026 - we will have more opportunities at the beginning of 2027 as well.
