Company Description
Our client is a high-growth SaaS platform that has recently surpassed $100M in ARR and is entering its next phase of growth. With a proven acquisition engine and a strong market position, the company is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to help scale the business toward $200M+ in ARR.
This is an opportunity to lead the revenue and product-facing side of marketing while helping reshape the function around AI. Our client is looking for a builder who can operate strategically while still getting directly into the work.

Responsibilities:
Acquisition engine
- Drive growth across paid, organic, content, and lifecycle as we move toward our next big revenue milestones
- Improve CAC efficiency, payback, and blended cost-per-opportunity.
- Build the attribution and reporting view used to make weekly bets — built by you.
Revenue efficiency and GTM alignment
- Tighten ICP targeting, funnel conversion, and the Sales-Marketing handoff.
- Partner with the CRO and RevOps on pipeline planning and forecasting inputs.
- Run a quarterly funnel diagnostic that drives spend allocation.
Growth marketing and experimentation
- Stand up a continuous testing system across acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Operationalize CRO so wins compound — not one-off projects.
- Create and prove out new pipeline plays before scaling.
Organic, SEO, and AI-driven distribution
- Grow organic traffic and durable inbound pipeline through SEO, GEO, and AI-assisted distribution.
- Build a content and distribution moat designed for an AI-first search landscape.
Product Marketing and launches
- Lead positioning, messaging, launches, and competitive differentiation.
- Improve adoption and monetization of what Product ships - measured, not assumed.
- Be the marketing counterpart to product leadership and the voice of the market in roadmap conversations.
AI-first marketing organization
- Re-architect the team and operating model to deliver significantly more output per headcount.
- Recruit, retain, and level up senior marketers. Reshape where needed.
- Make AI a default in every workflow — content, ops, analytics, creative, lifecycle.
How You’ll Work?
- Direct partner to the CEO, CRO, CPO, and SVP, Brand.
- Lead the team as a hand’s on leader (you will be in the tools, not above them)
- Weekly ops cadence. Numbers, experiments, decisions.
- Default to clarity in writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience
- 8–12+ years in marketing with material recent time as a hands-on operator.
- Personally operated a growth or performance function with documented wins on CAC, pipeline, or efficiency.
- Track record running paid, organic, lifecycle, and CRO yourself - not just managing leaders who run them.
- Has led a team at this scale (10-15 person organization) and knows how to operate without scaffolding.

- AI-pilled. You can show us specific workflows you have rebuilt with AI in the last 12 months.
- Builder. You'd rather architect a function than inherit one.
- Quantitative by default. You build the model before you delegate it.
- Startup tempo. You ship in days, not quarters.
- High taste. The work that ships under your name reads, looks, and converts well.
- Ownership. This is your function and you’re excited to be responsible for all of it’s results and impact on the business.
Technical foundation
- Strong command of attribution, marketing analytics, CRM/MA, and a modern paid and lifecycle stack.
- Working understanding of SEO and the shift to generative engine optimization (GEO).
- Fluency with the modern AI tooling layer for marketing teams — LLMs, agents, automation, prompt engineering.
