About HiBob
At HiBob, we're building the modern HR platform for forward-thinking companies of all sizes. Our mission is to redefine how organizations acquire, develop, engage and retain talent through data-driven tools and strategies. Since 2015, we’ve achieved triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the preferred HRIS for over 3,500 midsize and multinational companies.
Come be you, and win with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you can be and to do your best work. If that’s bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we’re waiting with open arms. Come join us.
We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator, located on the U.S. West Coast, to play a pivotal role in our sales process by running HiBob’s proposal response process from end-to-end. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive, compelling responses that effectively communicate HiBob's value proposition and capabilities. In addition to proposal management, this role will assist in the development and curation of proposal related tools and processes, such as a repository of proposal-related information and collateral as well as other projects as needed.
Beyond day-to-day proposal and project work, this role offers opportunities for strategic influence via close alignment with both regional and global teams/leaders. If you’re someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you develop and execute strategies and collaborate cross-functionally with every area of the organization this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
About The Team
This role will report to HiBob’s Global Proposals Manager as part of our greater Sales Engineering team, an integral part of the HiBob Go-To-Market organization. The Global Proposals team is a small but mighty team that supports the global sales organization in developing winning proposals. We are expected to act as leaders of our domain, simplifying complex proposal responses through strategic planning, clear direction, and effective content development. We do this by partnering with other functions internally (professional services, product, engineering, success, marketing etc.) and working proactively to stay up to date on HiBob’s products and services.
**Note: We are prioritizing candidates located in the PST time zone to meet the business needs of collaborating effectively with our Americas and APJ teams.
Base salaries for this role range from $110,000 - $135,000 per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.
As an HR company, HiBob seeks to create a best-in-class employee experience for all Bobbers. We take immense pride in the diversity of our team and in creating an environment that is fair and equitable for all. Ensuring pay equity across race, gender, and all other forms of diversity is pivotal to this mission.
When determining salary ranges for our roles, we look at external market data and the salaries of Bobbers holding the same or similar roles. Our pay bands are wide because great candidates come to us with a broad range of experience and skill sets. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.
At HiBob, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re building a global village of ambitious, thoughtful, and talented Bobbers who want to do the best work of their careers. With a vibrant NYC office and remote teammates across the country, we’ve created an environment where people can be themselves, grow quickly, and make a real impact.
Joining HiBob means working alongside exceptional people while being supported with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and pre-IPO equity, including the perks below.
