We are seeking an exceptionally organized, polished, and relationship-driven Talent Operations and Communications Lead to lead talent operations, influencer seeding, and brand advocacy initiatives across our client’s home and wellness retail sector. Sitting at the intersection of talent relations, agency governance, and experiential marketing, this role acts as the high-touch concierge liaison between creators, clinicians, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams. As our client’s home and wellness programs expand, they require a dedicated operator to build organic product affinity, drive brand credibility, and ensure seamless partner management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic agency management and execution—stewarding high-impact bespoke seeding moments, overseeing specialized medical clinician networks, and maintaining rigorous compliance and content review workflows.  This is a senior support role designed for an established professional with a deep presence in the health landscape who excels at managing complex, high-volume projects while maintaining executive-level client and talent-facing interactions. This role is based remotely in the United States.  Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Seeding & Relationship Management Execute High-Impact Seeding: End-to-end management of home and wellness seeding programs, including designing bespoke gifting kits, coordinating health event seeding, and managing product ordering across internal systems. Anchor Major Activation Moments: Partner with the client Activations team to plan and execute product seeding for tentpole global events. Agency Governance & Concierge Oversight: Serve as the primary internal contact for the client’s concierge agency. Host weekly alignment syncs, coordinate logistics with client team leads, and manage workflows. Insights & Reporting: Lead seeding strategies with client agency partners, gather post-seeding insights from talent, and maintain ongoing reporting decks and quarterly business review (QBR) inputs. Clinician Program Oversight Manage Health Clinicians Program: Oversee the Health Clinicians initiative in close collaboration with Product Marketing Management and Business Development). Cross-Functional Expert Access: Partner with client agencies to cultivate relationships with top clinicians, connecting expert insights directly to PR, marketing, and product feedback channels. Talent Vetting & Content Approvals Vetting Workflows: Collaborate with client’s cross-functional support leads to execute talent background and alignment reviews across home and wellness initiatives. Content Approval Management: Facilitate internal reviews to collect stakeholder feedback and secure final cross-functional sign-offs on client partner content. Knowledge, Skills + Experience Minimum Qualifications 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in influencer marketing, agency management, talent relations, or VIP concierge seeding operations Health Space Expertise: Established presence, functional literacy, and experience within the health, wellness, and clinician landscape Agency Management: Demonstrated success managing external agencies, high-touch support vendors, and cross-functional teams Core Competencies & Attributes Ability to independently prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex project tracks simultaneously Professional, high-touch interpersonal demeanor suited for direct interactions with high-profile talent, agency executives, and internal leaders Strategic Concierge Mindset: A proactive, service-oriented approach to supporting talent, resolving logistics issues, and building authentic long-term relationships Ability to travel monthly for major events, agency syncs, and activations Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail Effectively navigate and operate in a deadline driven, rapidly changing work environment  Ability to flexibly thrive in ambiguity and proactively seek out answers, solutions, and information Contains a love of efficiency, the desire to produce a high-quality deliverable, and an ability to execute against multiple projects ​in a technical work environment with often uncertain circumstances Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Self-­motivated, flexible individual with strong, professional communication and leadership skills
