We are partnering with their highly talented and driven marketing team to build an embedded, always-on Scaled Creative Production (SCP) studio dedicated to elevating Direct Response (DR) marketing performance.
This team is fully focused on pioneering advanced AI toolsets and multi-agent workflows to conceptualize, produce, and adapt high-performing DR creative assets at extraordinary velocity and scale across multiple global markets. By merging cutting-edge generative technology with modular design systems, the studio accelerates multi-market localization, dynamic asset personalization, and cross-channel distribution without compromising brand integrity or visual fidelity.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who is able to interpret our client’s business requirements and translate them into intelligent, effective, AI-first creative solutions scalable across global markets. Operating with a hands-on, AI-first mindset, you will actively utilize and leverage our client’s proprietary first-party (1P) generative AI tools to develop, test, and iterate holistic creative strategic concepts across multiple marketing channels, often working to tight deadlines. The Creative Strategist will work in partnership with the Art Director, using 1P AI capabilities to provide coherent creative direction that supports global localization and adaptation, and will support the client in pitching AI-driven creative concepts to internal stakeholders, as well as communicating ideas and creating prototypes for other team members.
Key Responsibilities
Actively leverage and harness the client’s proprietary 1P generative AI tools to distill abstract business concepts and client briefs into refined, intelligent creative strategies designed for scalable global deployment.
Define and champion an AI-first creative strategy, ensuring clear alignment across design teams to maximize multi-market adaptation, output quality, and execution speed using generative tools.
Pitch strategic creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and present AI-driven frameworks clearly to cross-functional global teams.
Provide strong strategic leadership, guidance, and direction to inspire, develop, and oversee team members executing multi-market campaigns.
Ensure all localized and scaled creative strategic outputs align seamlessly with global brand standards and strategic direct response goals.
Lead multiple global strategy initiatives from concept to production in accordance with tight market deadlines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional global partners, production teams, and client stakeholders to align on strategic priorities.
Ask smart questions, take calculated risks, and champion new AI-driven strategy frameworks and experimental workflows utilizing 1P generative tools.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A fine arts degree (preferred) or an undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, typography, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
6 - 8 years of creative strategy experience, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in leveraging 1P generative AI toolsets for scalable global deployment and multi-market adaptation.
Proven track record of conceptualizing and delivering successful Direct Response (DR) campaigns across multiple performance channels.
A strong background in compelling, results-driven copywriting across various marketing channels.
Ability to partner with global clients to understand detailed business goals and formulate an AI-first creative strategy tailored for multi-region impact.
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly articulate complex strategic concepts, localized positioning, and AI workflows to global stakeholders and creative teams.
Google 1P Tools: Experience in working Google proprietary AI tools including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Google Flow, Music AI Sandbox, Nano Banana, Google Stitch
Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Extensive supervisory experience (including leadership, team-building, and delegation) leading and managing a creative team.
A solid grasp of art history, design history, photography and the visual arts, pop culture, and counterculture; fluency in current technology, politics, a deep understanding of the zeitgeist of social tastes and current affairs.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
