We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets.  As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Social Media Specialist  to join our team.  Your role at HFM:

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute social media initiatives and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
• Develop and implement social media strategies that support business objectives, strengthen brand positioning and drive audience growth across relevant markets.
• Take ownership of social media campaigns and projects, from planning and ideation through execution, performance evaluation and optimization.
• Support the management of the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
• Analyze social media performance and audience insights to identify growth opportunities, improve engagement and recommend data-driven actions.
• Identify emerging trends, platform developments and innovative content formats, translating relevant opportunities into effective social media initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices to regional teams, ensuring consistent brand communication while adapting content to local audiences.
• Track social media growth, engagement, reach, conversions and other relevant metrics against established targets.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark social media performance, identify content trends and strategic opportunities, and recommend initiatives to strengthen the brand’s competitive positioning across relevant markets.
• Run paid campaigns to boost brand awareness, followers and engagement.
• Ensure adherence to brand, compliance and regional communication guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience managing a variety of social media platforms and online communities
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in fast‑paced or time‑sensitive situations
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or similar
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams
• Interest in tech and financial services
