As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Market Analyst to join our team.  Duties and responsibilities:

• Write daily market updates and technical analysis for distribution via blog, social media, and external portals.
  
• Produce a daily video with market commentary to be featured on the company website and digital channels.
  
• Present live trading strategies and conduct educational webinars and seminars for clients and prospects.
  
• Provide trading signals and actionable insights to clients via email and social platforms.
  
• Conduct online webinars and participate in the promotion of HFM’s trading tools and platforms.
  
• Represent the company as a public speaker at media interviews, industry conferences, and live events.
  
• Deliver training sessions in technical analysis for internal teams and VIP clients.
  
• Support client retention and education efforts by offering customized market insights and updates.
  
• Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows, financial expos, and other industry gatherings.
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements

• Charismatic, confident, and engaging speaker with a strong on-camera and public presence.
• Must be comfortable presenting market analysis, trading insights, and educational content to live audiences and on video.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex market information clearly, and confidently to large and diverse audiences. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in the FX/CFD industry (preferred).
  
• Fluent in English is a must (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Strong technical analysis skills across multiple asset classes.
  
• Excellent writing skills – clear, concise, accurate, and engaging.
• Must be willing to travel
• Previous media experience (TV, podcasts, interviews, etc.) is highly desirable.
  
• Confident public speaker with a track record of delivering presentations to large or diverse audiences.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple deliverables.
  
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
