We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Analyst to join our team. Duties and responsibilities:

• Write daily market updates to be distributed to Company clients via social media, industry portals and other distribution channels.
• Conduct public speaking at media interviews, conferences, seminars and web-based events.
• Train and support all relevant departments in Technical Analysis of the financial markets.
• Provide training and market insights to clients via various communication channels.
• Create Educational videos to be released on the company’s website.
• Delivered comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, forecast price movements, and guide clients towards profitable trading decisions at HFM.
•  Provided impactful daily analysis for HFM clients, empowering them to seize opportunities and mitigate risks effectively
• Conducted trading webinars and seminars reaching hundreds of traders, fostering a deeper understanding of global financial markets, trading strategies and risk management techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Represent HFN at trade shows, conferences and similar events.
• Carry out any further duties assigned by the line manager.
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in the FX/CFD industry is a must.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong technical analysis skills across multiple asset classes.
• Excellent writing skills – clear, concise, accurate, and engaging.
• Previous media experience (TV, podcasts, interviews, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Confident public speaker with a track record of delivering presentations to large or diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple deliverables.
