Senior HFM - Enterprise Solutions Architect in Larnaca

As we continue to expand, HFM is seeking a driven Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. You will own solution design for cross-domain, company-wide and global initiatives, from early consultation to go-live. You will translate business requirements and architecture standards into costed, buildable solutions and clarify trade-offs before development.

Responsibilities: 

• Own end-to-end solution design for assigned initiatives, from business requirements to go-live.
• Produce solution design documents and Architecture Decision Records covering options, trade-offs, integration points and data flows.
• Specify non-functional requirements for every design: availability, performance, recovery, security, retention and cost.
• Run architecture reviews and engage relevant domain architects.
• Estimate design costs before commitment and validate high-risk decisions through proofs of concept.
• Serve as the designated contact for assigned IT vertical groups on cross-domain and global initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  
• 10+ years designing and delivering solutions across more than one technology domain.
  
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
  
• Deep expertise in distributed system design and integration architecture: REST, gRPC, event-driven patterns and interface versioning.
  
• Practical command of at least one modern language, and the ability to read Python, C#/.NET, TypeScript, Swift or Kotlin well enough to review a design.
  
• Solid understanding of AWS, containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD; AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (Professional preferred) or equivalent experience.
  
• Strong data architecture skills across SQL and NoSQL databases: schema design, complex queries, query optimization and performance tuning.
  
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
