We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets.  As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic  AI Enablement Engineer  to join our team.  Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding, offboarding, configuration, and lifecycle of AI tools, LLM platforms, MCP servers, and integrations.
  
• Coordinate AI tooling requests and integrations, ensuring compliance with AI approval frameworks and governance policies.
• Administer AI platforms, including user provisioning, access controls, licensing, model availability, API settings, and usage restrictions.
• Implement AI security controls and guardrails in collaboration with the Security team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot MCP servers, AI integrations, API connections, and authentication, collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, AI, and Development teams.
• Support AI gateway administration, including access policies, model routing, usage monitoring, troubleshooting, license utilization, and cost tracking.
• Provide technical support, maintain inventories of approved AI tools, integrations, platform owners, and access permissions, and ensure accurate documentation and operational procedures.
  

Requirements

Must have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar technical role.
• Good understanding of AI platforms, LLMs, AI tooling ecosystems, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, user accounts, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, API keys, RBAC, security best practices, and data protection principles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in application integrations, authentication, and connectivity
  

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including servers, clients, tool permissions, and integrations.
• Familiar with AI gateways, LLM proxies, model routing, rate limiting, and usage monitoring.
• Experience in LLM guardrails, content filtering, data protection, usage policies, and AI security risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, and excessive agent permissions.
• Experience using Google Workspace, AWS, Python, Bash, REST APIs, automation tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated provisioning.
