- Partner with Engineering, Data, and Architecture to guide scalable AI capabilities such as model access, orchestration, knowledge retrieval, search, workflow integrations, analytics, and observability.
- Define product requirements and evaluation standards for AI experiences, including accuracy, relevance, usability, safety, reliability, transparency, and appropriate human review.
- Ensure AI products are purposeful and user-centered, solving meaningful problems rather than introducing technology for its own sake.
- Create feedback loops and product telemetry that continually improve the quality and usefulness of AI experiences.
Establish Responsible AI Product Practices
- Embed responsible-AI principles throughout discovery, design, delivery, and operations.
- Partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance to establish pragmatic product guardrails, including data handling, access controls, content safety, appropriate-use patterns, auditability, and issue escalation.
- Define when AI-generated outputs require human review, approval, or other safeguards before being relied upon in operational workflows.
- Balance rapid experimentation with appropriate product readiness, governance, and risk management.
Drive Enterprise Integrations and Cross-Functional Execution
- Own product direction for integrations between AI experiences and priority digital platforms, enterprise tools, knowledge sources, and business workflows.
- Align teams across a distributed environment on objectives, scope, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery readiness.
- Establish clear product operating rhythms for intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, release readiness, and business-outcome reviews.
- Resolve complex product tradeoffs and unblock decisions across product, engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
- Build durable relationships with leaders across the company and influence outcomes without relying solely on direct authority.
Lead, Develop, and Scale the Product Team
- Lead, coach, and develop two Product Managers, setting clear ownership areas, objectives, and growth plans.
- Create a high-performing, remote-first team culture grounded in trust, accountability, customer insight, product craft, and data-informed decisions.
- Establish standards and reusable practices that strengthen AI product-management capability across the broader Digital organization.
