Deco Omnichannel Director

Omnichannel Director - Decorative Brands

If you're passionate about creating connected customer experiences and driving digital growth, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact across a portfolio of leading decorative brands.

As Omnichannel Director, you will lead the omnichannel strategy for Farrow & Ball, Crown Paints, Wattyl, and Hempel Middle East, creating seamless customer journeys across stores, e-commerce, digital platforms, and partner channels to support sustainable growth.

Working closely with senior leaders across commercial, marketing, digital, technology, and customer experience teams, you'll align priorities, influence strategic decisions, and drive transformation across multiple markets and brands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering a clear omnichannel strategy that supports business growth across the Decorative Brands portfolio.
• Leading digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experiences and strengthen digital capabilities.
• Enhancing customer journeys across online, offline and third-party channels to create a seamless brand experience.
• Growing e-commerce and marketplace performance while identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to successfully deliver strategic priorities and transformation programmes.

You'll know you're succeeding when customer experiences become more connected, digital capabilities continue to mature, transformation initiatives are delivered successfully and omnichannel investments generate measurable business results.

Experience required

Essential requirements:

• Significant experience in omnichannel leadership, digital commerce, customer experience or commercial transformation.
• Proven success developing and implementing digital and omnichannel strategies.
• Strong commercial leadership experience with a track record of delivering business results.
• Experience integrating physical and digital customer channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

An advantage, but not essential:

• Experience within premium, retail, consumer goods or customer-focused industries.
• Experience working across multiple brands, markets or international organisations.
• Exposure to both B2C and B2B customer environments.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Strategic and commercial thinking – able to translate customer and digital opportunities into business growth.
• Influencing and stakeholder leadership skills – comfortable building alignment across senior leaders and diverse teams.
• A customer-first mindset – always looking for ways to improve customer engagement and experiences.
• Adaptability and resilience – confident navigating change, complexity and ambiguity while maintaining momentum.

You'll join a collaborative global environment where innovation, customer focus and continuous improvement are encouraged, and where you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across several well-known brands.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of omnichannel growth across an international portfolio of decorative brands while working with talented colleagues across commercial, digital, marketing and customer experience functions.
