Short Summary:
As Senior Video Producer at Hedra, you'll own our video engine end to end, producing long-form content for YouTube targeting developers, prosumers, and enterprise audiences. You'll manage the video content calendar, oversee freelance talent, and optimize the YouTube channel for performance.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to build deep knowledge of the product and users.
- Own the video content calendar aligned with marketing launches.
- Produce long-form YouTube content: tutorials, feature deep-dives, and product narratives.
- Source, contract, and manage freelance video editors, motion graphics designers, and on-camera talent.
- Write scripts or brief them out as needed, collaborating with marketing on messaging.
- Create short cuts for X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and paid media from long-form content.
- Manage agency relationships with clear briefs and reporting.
- Oversee YouTube channel operations, including thumbnails, titles, and metadata.
- Organize all raw footage and project files in company systems.

Requirement:
- 4+ years producing video for a tech or SaaS brand, with a proven track record on YouTube.
- Experience hiring and managing freelance editors and motion designers.
- Ability to script and shoot content independently.
- Understanding of YouTube as a search and conversion channel.
- Technical fluency to create credible developer-facing content.
