As our UAE-based Senior Healthcare Implementation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
This role requires strong healthcare integration and enterprise implementation experience. The successful candidate will develop deep knowledge of Solventum’s proprietary solutions through structured onboarding and will apply prior technical delivery experience to lead complex customer implementations, integrations, validation, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness activities.

- Lead Technical Delivery & Customer Implementations
Perform and lead the technical delivery of complex customer implementations across deployment, integration, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Build and validate solution components, resolve technical issues, manage hands-on delivery tasks, and ensure implementation work is completed in alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. - Drive Technical Workstreams & Delivery Execution
Act as the hands-on technical lead for assigned customer projects by directly
contributing to implementation activities across customers, vendors, support
teams, cloud operations, product management, and engineering. Identify
technical risks, work through delivery blockers, and complete the technical tasks needed to move implementations through to successful deployment. - Lead Integration Delivery & Solution Configuration
Implement and validate integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems, with a strong emphasis on hands-on HL7 interface
implementation. Configure and test HL7 message flows, analyze interoperability requirements, review data mappings and data flows, validate interface behavior, troubleshoot message-level defects, and ensure solutions are implemented in accordance with approved architecture, established best practices, and supportable delivery models. - Lead Validation, Testing & Go-Live Readiness
Perform and lead technical readiness activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including test preparation, hands-on validation, defect investigation, issue resolution, deployment preparation, operational readiness checks, and go-live support. Identify technical risks early and work directly on the actions required before production release. - Provide Technical Leadership, Escalation Management & Knowledge Transfer
- Serve as a senior hands-on contributor for complex implementation challenges and customer escalations. Diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes or workarounds, document lessons learned, mentor Healthcare Implementation Engineers, and transfer practical implementation knowledge to support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience AND 7+ years of experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or delivering healthcare technology solutions, including transferable enterprise implementation experience, hands-on HL7 interface work, customer-facing troubleshooting, integration delivery, solution configuration, testing, and go-live support. i.e. EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner),
Altera, Meditech, or equivalent systems. - Experience acting as a hands-on technical lead for enterprise software implementations in complex healthcare environments.
- Experience directly performing implementation activities while working with customers, vendors, engineering, operations, and support teams.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing, testing, and troubleshooting HL7 v2.x interfaces, including message structure, segments, mappings, acknowledgements, error handling, and end-to-end interface validation.
- Experience investigating technical issues, performing root cause analysis, resolving implementation defects, and supporting customer-facing escalations.
- Experience performing hands-on testing, deployment preparation, go-live support, and operational transition activities.
- Experience mentoring technical team members by sharing practical implementation knowledge, reviewing technical work, and helping others resolve complex delivery issues.
- Professional working proficiency in Arabic is a plus, with an outstanding ability to communicate with customer technical and operational stakeholders.
