Short Summary:
We are looking for a Head of VIP to build and scale the VIP function within a fast-growing crypto casino. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on proactive, high-touch player management and full ownership of the VIP cohort's revenue and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Own VIP segment NGR, retention, and reactivation.- Drive proactive player management: read play and deposit patterns, anticipate churn, and intervene before a high-value player goes dormant.- Run VIP segmentation and tiering.- Promote rising players early; identify at-risk whales and protect them.- Own personalized comps, bonuses, and gifting within strict margin discipline (comp-to-NGR).- Build and maintain VIP dashboards leadership needs to see cohort health in real time.- Keep the program inside compliance and responsible gambling boundaries.- Build, lead, and coach the VIP team.- Set service standards, coverage, and response SLAs.- Establish workflows and rituals for proactive player outreach and escalation.- Work cross-functionally with CRM, Payments, Product, Risk, and Compliance to keep the VIP experience seamless.
Requirement:
- 5+ years in iGaming VIP or player development, with time spent leading people or owning a cohort's revenue.- Proven track record of growing VIP retention and revenue, with numbers to back it.- Deep understanding of high-value player psychology and the full player lifecycle.- Data discipline: cohorts, LTV, churn, comp ROI, dashboards over gut feel.- Hands-on comp and bonus management within margin constraints.- Crypto casino experience and comfort with crypto-native high rollers.- Experience building or scaling a VIP function from an early stage.- English B2 or higher.
