What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced People / HR leader who has already operated in a scaling, international environment and is comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for direction.
You will ideally bring:
- 8+ years' HR generalist experience, including ownership or leadership of a People function.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
- Strong experience across People strategy, performance, reward, recruitment, ER, L&D and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and the judgement to bring in specialist expertise where required internationally.
- Experience supporting remote and internationally distributed teams.
- A proven track record of building and improving People processes in growing organisations.
- A genuinely commercial approach to People, understanding how workforce decisions impact growth, delivery, utilisation and profitability.
Experience within professional services, consulting, technology, SaaS or AI would be highly advantageous, particularly where you have worked across a business combining consulting/services with software or product teams.
Experience supporting teams across India and/or the US, BambooHR, share option schemes, reward design or workforce planning within a project/utilisation-led environment would also be valuable.
