🚀 We’re hiring: Head of Crypto
📍 EU | Remote | B2B
We’re looking for a commercially driven leader to build and scale our crypto business within an established fintech company.
What you’ll do:
• Own the P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships across crypto, payments, and fintech.
• Develop acquisition strategies and optimize unit economics.
• Build and lead a lean team across Growth, Business Development, and Operations.
• Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance around business goals.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or banking.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
• Hands-on experience launching or scaling crypto or financial products.
• Strong partnership development and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML, MiCA, and crypto payment regulations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.
