Die HDI AG sucht für den Bereich Produkttechnik Entwicklung 3 in Full/part time (bis zu 38,00 Stunden/Woche) und permanent am Standort Hilden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Umsetzungsbegleitung und Test von Rechenkern und Bestandsführungssystem mit Schwerpunkt in Migrationsvorhaben (Bereich Leben)
- Analyse von Bedingungen, Bilanzanforderungen und Geschäftsvorfällen
- Mitwirkungen bei der Abschätzung finanzieller Auswirkungen von Migrationsentscheidungen und Entwicklung von Alternativlösungen
- Inhaltliche Aufbereitung der Auswirkungen, z. B. auf Bilanz und Deckungsrückstellungen
- Modellierung von versicherungstechnischen Produkten, insbesondere Daten- und Funktionenmodelle, Algorithmen sowie versicherungstechnische Geschäftsvorfälle
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Produktservern, insbesondere Fach- und IT-Konzeption, Implementierung und Test für Produktserver für Verwaltungssysteme
- Mitarbeit in Standort übergreifenden crossfunktionalen, agilen Teams
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Praktische Erfahrung und Überblick über aktuelle IT-Technologien und deren Einsatzbereiche
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kund:innenorientierung
- Einsatz agiler Methoden bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Projekten (Scrum oder Kanban)
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten
- Selbständige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Einfache und intuitive Kommunikation komplexer Sachverhalte
