What’s the position?

As a Creative Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the seamless delivery of creative marketing projects across two distinct but connected areas of our business: VIP and Partnerships. On the VIP side, you'll help manage the production of elevated, high-touch assets - from personalized outreach and curated rewards communications to exclusive event collateral - where every detail is felt and access and recognition are everything. On the Partnerships side, you'll help manage co-branded creative tied to our team and league partnerships (NFL, NBA, NHL, racing, and more), spanning digital, social, in-venue, and experiential executions.

Your role encompasses a mix of strategic planning, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that creative endeavours align with our objectives and are delivered on time and within budget, whether you're coordinating a premium VIP gifting moment or a co-branded arena activation.

What you'll do

  • Own the development and management of timelines, deadlines, and resourcing for all print and digital projects within the VIP and Partnerships segments, delivering assets in a timely manner while identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.

  • Review briefs to ensure all details and information needed is provided in detail to allow our creative team to fully execute all tasks.

  • Participate in creative meetings with internal and external teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, resourcing, schedules, meeting agendas, budgets, and necessary reviews are created.

  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders

  • Utilize a digital asset management system for content delivery to organize, categorize, and archive digital files.

  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication regarding digital asset requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience at a creative agency, or in-house, as a project manager or creative operations coordinator. Gaming experience is a plus.

  • Advanced proficiency with Project Management platforms to manage the flow of project requests from start to finish (experience with Monday.com is a plus)

  • Excellent organizational, planning, project, time, and budget management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, within established deadlines and budget.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and succinct information to internal and external partners

  • Understanding of the graphic design process including basic knowledge of creative programs (Adobe Suite), copy and design functions, and file editing and management needs.

  • Knowledge and Experience in Digital Asset Management (experience in Air is a plus)

  • Problem-solving skills to offer effective solutions with the ability to multitask, prioritize and ‘make things happen’;

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and thrive in an environment with changing demands

  • Experience in interactive gaming is preferred

What’s in it for you?

We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include:

  • Competitive pay and benefits

  • Flexible vacation allowance

  • A hybrid / remote working environment

  • Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand
