Short Summary:
Growth consultant to some of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce brands, backed by the UK's #1 independent Meta agency group.

Responsibilities:
- Own performance and growth strategy across a portfolio of eCommerce brands.
- Build and lead growth roadmaps tied to revenue, acquisition, efficiency, and profitability targets.
- Diagnose opportunities and bottlenecks across creative, conversion rate, landing pages, offer positioning, customer acquisition, and budget allocation.
- Drive execution alongside Media Buyers, Growth Executives, and Creative teams to maximize account performance.
- Lead strategic conversations with founders and commercial leaders.

Requirement:
- 3+ years managing paid media on Meta for DTC/eCommerce.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative experience with founders/leadership.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, and GA4.
- High AI fluency and experience with performance marketing tools.
