Position Overview

The Mid-Level Web Application Developer shall be responsible for systems development, testing and implementation in a web-based environment.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Performance:
- An environment similar to ATRRS in terms of size and complexity.
- Systems development, testing and implementation in complex environments similar to ATRRS, with mainframe, web and GUI components.
- Internet application development within a Microsoft web environment using the following: ASP with recent ASP.NET, SQL Server (including stored procedures), Visual Studio 2010 or later, and IIS.
- Using DB2 Connect and integrating with mainframe applications.
- The design, development, and consumption of WCF services within an enterprise architecture.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience: 5-7 years in web application development
Technical Proficiency: ASP with recent ASP.NET, SQL Server (including stored procedures), Visual Studio 2010 or later, and IIS.
Compliance:
- Secret Clearance
- Must meet Army requirements.
Certifications: Security+ or higher

Preferred Expertise

Demonstrated success in Army Contracting
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
