Short Summary:
GuidePoint Security is seeking a Security Architect to join our Exposure Management practice and serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle. This role involves customer-facing responsibilities and requires travel primarily in the Northeast region for meetings and workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery calls and translate customer challenges into clear requirements and high-level solution designs.
- Help customers evaluate and improve vulnerability management, Exposure Management, asset visibility, prioritization, and remediation programs.
- Speak credibly about relevant technologies and integrations across various platforms.
- Create high-level architecture diagrams, operating models, roadmaps, and solution recommendations.
- Support account executives during customer meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with delivery architects and engineering teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
- Stay current on Exposure Management trends and help develop reusable sales materials.
Requirement:
- Understanding of vulnerability management and Exposure Management ecosystems.
- Experience in a customer security environment, consulting organization, or pre-sales engineering team is preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and build trust with customers.
