What You Will Do:
- The QA Consultant is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of technology solutions by defining, executing, and continuously improving testing strategies.
- This role combines strong experience in software testing, specialized knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and leadership in test automation and quality metrics initiatives.
- Planning, design, and execution of functional tests, ensuring that developed solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and end-user expectations.
- Validating integrations, business workflows, and critical processes within Salesforce platforms. The position requires solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including its different clouds, configurations, objects, automations, and deployment processes, enabling effective validation of both functional and technical components within the platform.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of ONE (1) year of professional experience
- Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and your obtaining and maintaining the specific level of U.S. Government security clearance required for this role
- U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required
- Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, including test case design, defect management, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing, as well as experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with development, product, and business teams.
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Expert in creation of test scenarios/cases which meets the business requirements and mapping documents
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Leads and promotes test automation initiatives, implementing frameworks, tools, and best practices that optimize testing cycles, increase coverage, and improve the overall efficiency of the QA team.
- Responsible for the definition, monitoring, and analysis of QA metrics and KPIs, such as test coverage, defect rates, automation efficiency, and release stability, providing strategic insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement of quality processes.
