Technical Product Growth Manager

Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever.

AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere.

Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning!

So, what’s the job?

We’re looking for a Technical Growth Product Manager to join Guardio’s Product Growth Team and own opportunities across the journey from click to purchase and beyond.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who likes getting into the data, the product, and the technical implementation themselves.

You’ll identify friction and growth opportunities, form hypotheses, understand how the systems behind the experience work, configure and launch experiments, analyze the results, and turn what you learn into the next iteration.

You’ll work closely with R&D, Design, Data, and Marketing, with significant ownership over how ideas move from insight to measurable impact.

This isn’t a coordination-heavy PM role. We’re looking for someone who likes figuring things out, getting into the details, and making things happen.

You will:

  • Own opportunities across the click-to-purchase journey, identifying friction and ways to improve conversion and revenue.
  • Own experiments end-to-end — explore product and user data, develop hypotheses, configure experiments using JSON and internal tools, launch them, analyze the results, and drive the next iteration.
  • Work closely with R&D to understand the architecture, APIs, backend systems, constraints, and tradeoffs behind our funnels.
  • Turn growth opportunities into pragmatic product and technical solutions, challenging assumptions and finding simpler or faster ways to test ideas.
  • Come up with creative product and growth ideas and turn them into measurable tests and directly influence core business metrics
  • Help shape how the team experiments, learns, and moves faster.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • Technically strong - You’re comfortable understanding APIs, backend systems, configurations, architecture, and technical tradeoffs, and can have a deep conversation with engineers.
  • Hands-on - You’re happy getting into JSON configurations, investigating product flows, debugging issues, exploring data, or figuring out how something works under the hood.
  • Analytical - You can independently use data to understand user behavior, find opportunities, and make decisions.
  • Experimental - You know how to move from hypothesis → test → measurement → learning → iteration.
  • Commercially minded - You naturally connect product decisions and user behavior to conversion, revenue, and business impact.
  • Resourceful and self-sufficient - When you don’t know how something works, your instinct is to investigate, learn, and figure it out.
  • High ownership - You’re comfortable taking an ambiguous problem, defining what needs to happen, and driving it all the way to a measurable outcome.
  • Creative and curious - You challenge assumptions and constantly look for better ways to improve both the user experience and business results.
  • A strong communicator who works well across Product, R&D, Design, Data, and Marketing.
  • Experience working on high-volume B2C experimentation

We’re generally looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, or a similar role, but we care much more about your ability and track record than the exact number of years.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with payments, identity, subscriptions, and checkout.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and workflows for prototyping, analysis, or product discovery.
  • Experience in a fast-moving product organization where experimentation is a core part of how the team works.

One thing that matters to us - you don’t need to check every box.

If you’re technical, analytical, curious, highly hands-on, and you’ve shown that you can turn ambiguous problems and opportunities into real, measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you.
