Let's cut to the chase. What's the job?

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented People Operations professional to own the systems, processes, and data that make our people function run seamlessly - from the employee lifecycle to organizational surveys and everything in between.

If you believe that great HR is built on clean data, tight processes, and systems that actually work - and that when those things are in place, everything moves faster - this is the place for you.

You will:

• Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end - from a first-day experience that sets new hires up right, through employment documentation and status changes, to a well-run offboarding and exit survey.
• Keep BambooHR the single source of truth: employee records, org charts, files, policies, and templates - accurate, organized, and current, so the team always has data it can trust.
• Own our people data story: design, launch, and analyze employee surveys (engagement, pulse, eNPS), and build the dashboards, reports, and clean data that turn it all into informed people decisions for leadership.
• Manage compensation & benefits administration - coordinating payroll changes and employment processes with Finance, Legal, and external vendors, with accuracy across every system.
• Support Guardio's core People processes: performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and organizational changes.
• Be the go-to for our team: translate policies into clear answers on leave, benefits, and day-to-day People topics - and build self-serve documentation so people find answers before they need to ask.
• Automate everything worth automating: spot manual, repetitive work across the lifecycle and use AI tools to turn it into workflows that run themselves - and improve or build processes from diagnosis to execution.
• Partner with the VP People on sensitive, confidential matters - handling delicate situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:

• 3+ years in People Ops / HR Operations, with hands-on experience in an HRIS platform (BambooHR or similar).
• You use AI tools in your day-to-day work - not as a novelty, but as how you get things done.
• Strong data orientation: comfortable running survey analyses, building reports, and turning people data into insights.
• A self-starter with high ownership: you spot a process gap and fix it, and when something is unclear or stuck, your instinct is to create clarity and push it forward.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through: you naturally track details, owners, deadlines, and next steps - moving multiple initiatives forward at once, calm under pressure.
• Deep discretion and trustworthiness, with strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment around sensitive information.
• An empathetic, service-oriented mindset - with no ego. People genuinely enjoy working with you.
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew, written and verbal.

Nice to have: specific experience with BambooHR, and a background in a tech/startup environment.
