Short Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Electrical Estimator with experience in U.S. construction estimating to assist with electrical takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost estimating for multifamily, commercial, and light industrial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and plans.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for multifamily, commercial, and light industrial projects.
- Assist in preparing and assembling bid packages.
- Utilize estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers throughout the bidding process.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and bid documents.
- Organize estimate documentation and maintain accurate project records.
- Help improve estimating workflows and reduce turnaround time.
- Support multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Learn and adapt to the company's internal estimating systems and processes.

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience estimating U.S. construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent estimating experience.
- Experience estimating electrical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily construction workflows.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working full-time during Pacific Time business hours.
