Title: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Location: US-TN-Memphis

We are looking for a Lifecyle Marketing Specialist to own email and SMS campaigns across all Memphis Basketball brands, including the Memphis Grizzlies, the Memphis Hustle, Grind City Media, and the FedExForum. You will help plan the email strategy, build it, and report on KPIs. You will also manage our SMS program in close partnership with the Marketing Director. This role is for someone who sees the fan lifecycle, email and SMS as a system built to engage fans and grow revenue versus checking boxes tied to a calendar of sends. You are strategic, innovative, organized, and keep projects moving.
