Take Control of Your Income. Build Real Skills. Bet on Yourself.

If you’ve been looking for something that actually moves your life forward—not just another job—keep reading.

Grit is building a team of driven individuals who want more than average. More income. More growth. More control.

This isn’t about selling pest control.

It’s about learning how to communicate, influence, and perform at a high level—skills that pay you for life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Knock assigned neighborhoods
• Generate your own opportunities
• Talk to homeowners and identify real problems
• Present simple solutions and close deals

What We Provide:

• Structured training
• A proven system that actually works
• Daily coaching and real feedback
• A team culture that pushes you to improve
• A clear path into leadership and management

What This Is Really About:

Most people your age are stuck in limbo.

Working jobs that don’t build anything.
Making money that doesn’t change anything.

This is different.

You’ll learn:

• How to handle rejection
• How to communicate with confidence
• How to make money based on performance

Even if you don’t stay long-term, you leave better than you came in.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (or willing to develop them)
• Competitive mindset
• Coachable—able to follow a system
• Professional and driven
• Willing to knock doors and get uncomfortable
• Available Monday–Saturday

Preferred (Not Required):

• Sales experience
• Door-to-door experience
• Background in sports, business, or leadership

Read Before Applying:

This is a commission-based role.

That means:

• No cap on income
• No ceiling on growth
• You get paid based on what you produce

We do provide training during your ramp-up period so you’re not starting from zero.

The Bottom Line:

This is not for everyone.

But if you’re in a spot where you know you should be doing more—and you just haven’t found the right opportunity yet

This is worth trying.
