Short Summary:
GreenFlux offers a cloud-based charge point management SaaS solution, playing a pivotal role in facilitating the uptake of electric vehicles and the renewable energy revolution. The Team Manager Roaming Excellence will lead governance, standards, KPI frameworks, and continuous improvement across roaming activities.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain group-wide roaming KPI framework and control tower
- Design and maintain end-to-end roaming SOPs and processes
- Define OCPI/OICP standards, onboarding frameworks, and interoperability governance
- Own data models, analytics standards, and dashboard frameworks
- Establish knowledge base and training frameworks for roaming capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Define and support L3 escalation expertise and frameworks
- Accountable for roaming governance and standards across entities
- Accountable for alignment between SSE execution and CoE frameworks
- Accountable for establishing performance transparency across roaming
Requirement:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on collaboration, improvement, and innovation
- A university-level degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of the Roaming business and/or the eMobility sector (a plus)
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within the agreed scope
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with 2 years in a management position
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Professional (fluency) writing and speaking in English
