What You’ll Do
As a Senior Process Engineer, you'll serve as a key change agent, working across departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions that enhance performance and scalability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify operational challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation that support standardization and scalability.
- Use data and performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and drive informed decision-making.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Identify and recommend automation and workflow technology solutions.
- Support business transformation initiatives and drive adoption of process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes, eliminate redundancies, and improve customer and employee experiences.
- Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to business and executive leaders.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and business documentation skills.
- Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and influencing change without direct authority.
- Experience with process automation tools, workflow technologies, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
