Short Summary:
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, IT SOX Audit to establish and manage the IT SOX program, reporting to the Head of Internal Audit. This role involves direct collaboration with various departments and offers the opportunity to influence and build a team as the function matures.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Internal Audit to build and operate Grafana's IT SOX program.
- Design and execute all phases of IT SOX activity, including walkthroughs and testing.
- Assess ITGCs and application controls across key financial systems.
- Own the IT SOX documentation library and ensure it is audit-ready.
- Drive deficiency management conversations with control owners.
- Manage relationships with external IT auditors.
- Leverage AI and automation for enhanced compliance and monitoring.
- Report on IT SOX status, risks, and deficiencies to senior leadership.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in IT SOX compliance, IT audit, or IT risk advisory.
- Proven expertise in COSO, SOX 404, ITGCs, and PCAOB audit standards.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- CISA, CPA, CIA, or CISSP preferred.
