Short Summary:
The Integrity team is dedicated to Trust, Identity, and Safety, safeguarding users & transactions on Grab. The role involves architecting advanced data infrastructure and orchestration layers for AI agents to redefine risk detection and mitigation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect the AI Data Infrastructure: Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines, including vector databases and parsing unstructured data.
- Orchestrate Multi-Agent Workflows: Design and maintain end-to-end multi-agent systems for automating risk detection workflows.
- Build Proactive Blast-Radius Controls: Implement automated intercepts to block destructive AI-generated SQL/rules.
- Develop Secure Deployment Guardrails: Create Model Context Protocol servers for safe AI interaction with Grab’s Risk Engine.
- Optimize System Reliability: Ensure technical stability and efficiency of internal agent platforms.
- Collaborate as a Systems Fusion Expert: Work with Data Analysts to translate Trust & Safety knowledge into machine-readable formats.
Requirement:
- At least 6 years of experience in data-heavy systems, backend engineering, or applied machine learning.
- A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, backend system architecture, and secure API building.
- Strong data engineering expertise, including knowledge of data structures, pipelines, ETL, vectorization, and embeddings.
- Experience with deploying and orchestrating LLMs using frameworks like LangSmith and LangGraph.
- Familiarity with transitioning legacy systems into modern AI infrastructures is preferred.
- Openness to learning about Trust & Safety/Fraud domains is required.
