Short Summary:
This is a hands-on, coordinating, and compliance-focused role dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. It supports the documentation, implementation, and maintenance of the OHS management system, involving both proactive prevention and reactive management.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain OHS Compliance & Readiness: Conduct routine safety checks and track follow-ups.
- Manage Risk & Emergency Preparedness: Update risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and emergency response plans; coordinate emergency drills and support incident investigations.
- Promote Wellness & Data Reporting: Plan and implement bi-monthly OHS/wellness events; compile monthly OHS reports and manage OHS data/trackers.

Requirement:
- Relevant academic background (Diploma/Degree) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Facilities Management, or Public Health.
- Familiarity with BizSAFE, ISO 45001, risk assessment, Fire Safety, and safe work procedures.
- Proficient in data management, procurement, documentation, and coordination.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and perform venue risk assessments.
