Short Summary:
As the Demand Strategy Analytics and Automation Lead, you will transform data into actionable growth initiatives across Grab's primary business, which is Food. You will coordinate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to make key operational and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Be an industry subject matter expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance.
- Develop analytical tools to help business teams monitor and debug performance issues.
- Lead data-driven exploration of business opportunities and identify targeted areas for growth.
- Develop mixed effect and causal inference models to suggest improvements.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to design and analyze experiments guiding key business decisions.
Requirement:
- 4+ years of analytical experience with business acumen, preferably in the tech industry.
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI).
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with controlled experiments.
- Ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences and translate them into actionable insights.
