Short Summary:
The OmniCommerce team at Grab is looking for an Associate to manage operations processes for Dine Out Deals and Restaurant Reservations, ensuring smooth workflows and supporting merchant partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting for merchant pipeline, deal activations, revenue, and retention.
- Maintain live sales dashboards for real-time visibility into deal health and merchant performance.
- Detect performance anomalies and collaborate with sales teams to resolve issues.
- Improve deal workflows to eliminate manual effort and speed up time-to-live.
- Track sales plans and pilots, delivering data-driven recommendations.
- Manage merchant onboarding and pipeline operations across teams.
- Prepare performance packs and business reviews for meetings.
- Share insights with merchant partners to help them scale revenue.
- Analyze pipeline data and merchant trends to inform sales strategy.
- Evaluate deal mechanics and refine pricing strategies.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for partners.
Requirement:
- 2+ years in sales, commercial, or business operations.
- Experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, financial modeling).
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Interest in merchant dynamics and platform growth.
- Hands-on experience with productivity tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
