Get to Know the Team

Grab For Business is Grab's enterprise platform, helping companies across the region gain greater visibility and control over spending on employee rides, mobility, and meals.

The Grab For Business regional marketing team drives demand for Grab For Business across Southeast Asia. We collaborate with Commercial, Product, Performance Marketing, PR, and country teams, and we measure ourselves on marketing-sourced revenue pipeline and GMV growth.

Get to Know the Role

You will help build and run the regional marketing programmes that generate demand for Grab For Business across Southeast Asia.

You will build demand among small to medium size businesses, across the full funnel from awareness and acquisition through to conversion and activation. Your success will be measured by brand awareness, marketing-attributed pipeline, and conversion in the programmes you run.

This is a role for someone who wants regional scope and real ownership of execution, with a clear path towards owning strategy. You will report to the Regional Marketing Lead for Grab For Business, and work onsite at our Kuala Lumpur office.

If you like getting campaigns live across six markets and connecting to what actually moves a business customer, we encourage you to apply.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Run regional campaigns: You will execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels — briefing creative, building assets, coordinating launch, and tracking delivery against targets.
• Explore new growth routes: You will test new ways to reach business customers beyond our existing channels (e.g. co-marketing partnerships, platform and association tie-ups, referral and community plays) and make the case for the ones worth scaling.
• Build the toolkits for use in-country: You will develop the campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and modular assets to deploy across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.
• Support go-to-market and produce content: You will contribute to go-to-market for new product launches and customer segments, and manage production of customer-facing content, such as case studies, thought leadership pieces, social media and web pages.
• Measure and report on performance: You will build and maintain the campaign reporting, work directly in the numbers to show what each channel and market delivered, and bring recommendations on where to shift spend.
• Coordinate across teams and vendors: You will work with PR, content, paid media, product marketing, events, and analytics, manage agency and content partners against a brief and budget, and use GenAI and other latest technologies to accelerate research, content production, and analysis.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have 5 or more years of relevant experience, such as in B2B marketing, including hands-on campaign delivery and demand generation.
• You are comfortable working directly in the numbers and building the analysis that supports a recommendation.
• You are good with content, able to write and shape B2B narratives and assets that hold up in front of a business customer.
• You have experience engaging with AI tools and latest technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, support experimentation, and contribute new ideas.
• You are fluent in English, and comfortable working with colleagues across Southeast Asian markets.
• Good to have: Experience marketing SaaS or technology products to business customers, experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
