Short Summary:
Join the Credit Risk and Collections department at Grab Financial Group, managing credit risk strategy and collections for lending products in Singapore. Collaborate with various teams to enhance credit risk lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop underwriting and portfolio management risk policies using analytics and practical business insights
- Work with Commercial teams to achieve business growth through acquisitions targeting and profitability analysis
- Support the review/estimation of risk parameters, product pricing, product structure, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and monitor risk dashboards to identify opportunities to sustainably grow Singapore lending portfolio
- Provide credit risk advisory to senior management
- Leverage best lending practices in the market to enhance efficiency of credit programmes
- Manage collections processes with Regional Collections, External Collection Agencies, and 3rd party vendors
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Codex to automate existing country processes

Requirement:
- 5+ years of work experience in Credit Underwriting, Credit policy, Data analytics, and Risk Reporting
- Master's degree/Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, or Business Management
- Hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, and SAS
- Prior exposure to retail lending customer's credit life cycle including origination and portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize information
