Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
10 years of experience closing enterprise cloud or technology agreements with Tier-1 financial institutions or enterprise customers in other industries.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with large, complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
Experience promoting Google Cloud computing technologies to large and complex organizations across geographies.
Experience with Cloud transformation, navigating complex organizational change, data residency, and risk governance.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
Proven track record engaging C-suite executives (COO, CIO, Chief Architect) across the Swiss Financial Services industry.
Demonstrated success leading multi-year cloud migrations and driving enterprise AI and data adoption strategies.

Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure secure, compliant project delivery.
