Senior Data & Analytics Consultant (Manufacturing)

We are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant with strong experience in Sales or Supply Chain analytics and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. This role combines hands-on data analysis with client engagement, problem-solving, and project leadership.
Responsibilities

• Work with Sales and/or Supply Chain data, including sell-in, sell-out, Purchase Orders (POs), sales performance, and demand forecasting.
• Develop data-driven solutions using statistical and advanced analytics methodologies.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Design and work with data models, schemas, semantic models, and database structures.
• Lead client engagements end-to-end, including stakeholder management, project tracking, risk identification, and delivery.
• Act as a trusted analytics partner to clients and support sales proposals, RFPs, and account growth.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members on analytics, problem-solving, and project delivery.

Requirements

• Professional experience in either Supply Chain or Sales analytics is required.
• For Sales profiles, experience with sell-in/sell-out data, demand forecasting, Purchase Order (PO) data, sales performance, or related analytics is highly relevant.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong Power BI experience.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data trends.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database structures.
• Experience in the Manufacturing domain or exposure to production environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, client management, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
