We are building a curated AI Talent Pool focused on professionals with proven, hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. This talent pool is designed to support upcoming hiring processes with our technology clients, ranging from early-stage startups to global enterprise organizations.
Joining the talent pool does not represent an active job application. Instead, it allows candidates to complete an initial screening stage in advance and be prioritized once relevant roles formally open.
About the Talent Pool
We are looking to connect with experienced engineers and AI practitioners who have designed, built, and deployed production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. Talent in this pool will be considered for future opportunities based on technical expertise, seniority, and project requirements.
This initiative enables a faster, more targeted hiring process while ensuring strong alignment between candidates and upcoming roles.
Key Areas of Expertise We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Generative AI application development using large language models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures and autonomous workflows
• Frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agentic platforms
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases
• Prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization
• Integration of LLMs into real-world products and workflows
• Python as a primary programming language (backend or AI-focused)
• Cloud-based AI deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• MLOps practices, observability, and production monitoring (nice to have)
